Al-Mutlaa Villa — Classical Interior Design and Fit-Out in Kuwait

A private villa in Al-Mutlaa, designed and executed by Luxe Line in a classical register. Hand-worked gypsum runs across every wall — panelling, corner rosettes, and a carved blossom-and-bird relief that anchors the family sitting room — while a shaped ceiling coffer with a moulded rose sits above each seating group. Backlit onyx set into arched niches and concealed strips behind the panel mouldings give the plasterwork depth after dark, so the detail reads at night rather than flattening out.

Colour is held to a narrow range and used deliberately. Tufted seating in cream leather with bullion fringe lines each majlis, olive green appears only in the draped pelmet curtains, the velvet stools, and a handful of cushions, and antique brass crystal chandeliers and sconces carry the warmth across every room. Polished white marble runs throughout, with inset patterned stone panels marking each seating zone. Materials are carved gypsum, backlit onyx, polished marble, leather, silk velvet, and crystal.
